I’m Davon Quinn. I spent 9 years living in Mitcham with my aunt, uncle, and little sister before moving to Swanley at 22 to experience life more independently. I quickly learned just how expensive life can be something they don’t prepare you for in school!

 

When I turned 25, I had a realisation: I needed to escape the rat race and find a way to make a meaningful impact, especially here in the UK. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the capital to make big moves right away, but I was given a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book completely changed the way I viewed assets and liabilities. 

 

It was also the first book I’d read since school, and I truly enjoyed it - it sparked my interest in property investment.

 

My long-term goal is to grow Quinn Premier Properties into a business that can eventually support a charity, one focused on helping the homeless in London first, and then across the UK. I would love to leave behind a legacy that future generations can remember and build upon.
